Article 1 – Applicability

1. 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, offers, and agreements to supply goods and/or services by Aleesar Group B.V (hereinafter: “Aleesar”).
2. 1.2 Conflicting purchasing terms from the Buyer are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing by Aleesar.
3. 1.3 By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions for all current and future agreements.
4. 1.4 Aleesar reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior written notice.
5. 1.5 In case of invalidity of any clause, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Article 2 – Quotations & Orders

1. 2.1 All quotations are without obligation and valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2. 2.2 Orders are binding once confirmed by Aleesar.
3. 2.3 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply.
4. 2.4 Aleesar reserves the right to reject or cancel orders without liability.

Article 3 – Delivery & Risk

1. 3.1 Delivery terms are indicative. Delays do not entitle the Buyer to compensation.
2. 3.2 Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
3. 3.3 Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 4 – Payment

1. 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made in advance or within the terms stated on the invoice.
2. 4.2 Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.

Article 5 – Returns & Complaints

1. 5.1 Defective or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
2. 5.2 Goods may only be returned after written approval by Aleesar.

2. Data Security: We handle all customer and supplier data with confidentiality.
3. Privacy: Personal and company data is stored securely and only used to process orders and improve services.
